While Microsoft Internet Explorer (MS-IE) has the lion's share of the browser market, it is by no means the only, or in my opinion, the best. I use 3 browsers on my pc. - Mozilla Firefox - currently my default browser - Opera and yes, - Microsoft Internet Explorer So far, my favorite is Firefox, but I am beginning to appreciate Opera. I use Firefox to do all my web surfing. Opera and MS-IE are used to verify the web sites I am responsible for. Also, since the Windows Update process, and some web sites only support MS-IE, it is kept around. I encourage everyone to check out at least one of the browsers mentioned as an alternative to MS-IE. Installation is painless, and once you set your preferences, the web browsing experience truely improves. You owe it to yourself to check out at least one of these other browsers.
